Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 October 2026. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic one applies.

By using the Daiilys website, building a trial (demo) platform or talking to us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1The service

Daiilys builds learning platforms for teachers and academies: a website, mobile apps, a desktop app and a dashboard, under the customer's own name and identity. On our website you can build a free trial platform to see it working before you decide.

2Trial platforms (demos)

• They are free and create no obligation.
• They run for a limited period we tell you (usually 24 hours, can be extended), then close and are deleted with everything in them. Keep anything you need before it ends.
• They are for trying and presenting only. Do not use them with real students, real student data or real payments.
• The sample courses and texts are examples, partly written with AI tools, and may contain mistakes. They are not accredited educational content.
• We may limit the number of demos or attempts, or stop a demo, in case of abuse or server load.

3Your content

• The photos, logos, names and texts you upload remain yours.
• You let us use them to build and show you your platform and, if you become a customer, to run it.
• You confirm you have the right to use that content and that the people shown (such as your academy's teachers) agree.
• We will not show your name or your platform publicly as an example of our work without your consent.

4Acceptable use

You may not use the service for:

• unlawful or abusive content, or content that infringes others' rights;
• impersonating a teacher, an organisation or a brand that is not yours;
• attempting to break into, disrupt or overload the service with automated requests;
• sending spam through the WhatsApp linked to a platform.

5WhatsApp and contact

By entering your number you agree to receive the verification code, your platform's link and messages about the demo, our offer and follow-ups. You can ask us to stop at any time. If you link your WhatsApp to your trial platform, you are responsible for the messages it sends, and you can unlink it at any time.

6Paid services

Price and scope (deliverables, timeline, payments, hosting, support) are set in a written contract after you talk to our team. If the contract and these terms differ, the contract applies.

7Intellectual property

Our software, designs, templates, ready-made content and the Daiilys name and logo belong to Daiilys. A demo gives you no rights in them beyond trying it during the allowed period. Rights in a paid platform are set in its contract.

8No warranty

The website and the trial platforms are provided "as is". We do our best to keep them working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

9Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Daiilys is not liable for indirect losses (such as lost data, profits or customers) arising from the use or unavailability of the website or the demos. Our liability for paid services is set in the contract.

10Termination

You can stop using the service and ask for your data to be deleted at any time. We may stop or delete any demo or account that breaks these terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Disputes are first settled amicably; failing that, the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.

12Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the last update. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
