Privacy Policy

This page explains what Daiilys collects when you visit our website, build a trial (demo) platform or talk to us; how we use it; who we share it with; and how you can get a copy or have it deleted.

1Who we are

Daiilys is an Egyptian company that builds learning platforms (website, apps, dashboard) for teachers and academies. This policy covers platforms.daiilys.com, the demo page demo.daiilys.com, the trial platforms on *.daiilys.com, and our calls and WhatsApp messages with you.

2What we collect

What you type or upload on the demo page

• Your name or your academy's name, and your photo or logo.
• Your description of your work, and the subjects, stages, language and colours you pick.
• Your teachers' names and photos, for an academy.
• Your WhatsApp number and the verification code we send you.

When we talk

• Our WhatsApp messages.
• Sales calls may be recorded, and we say so at the start of the call. We use recordings and notes to remember what was agreed and to improve how we talk to customers.
• Our team's notes on your request.

Collected automatically

• IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and when.
• The ad you came from (utm_* parameters, fbclid).
• Meta Pixel, to measure our ads.
• Microsoft Clarity, which records how the page is used (clicks, scrolling, session replays). On the demo page, what you type in the form is visible in these recordings; we use them to find where people get stuck.
• Your browser stores your demo's id (localStorage) so you can resume after closing the page.

Inside the trial platform

We create test accounts (admin, teacher, student) and sample content. Anything you add is stored on our server until the demo is deleted. If you link your WhatsApp, the session is stored on our server until you unlink it or the demo is deleted.

3How we use it

• To build your trial platform with your name, colours and photos, and send you its link.
• To contact you on WhatsApp or by phone about the demo, offers and follow-ups.
• To prepare a quote and a contract if you decide to work with us.
• To measure our ads and improve the website and the demo page.
• To protect the service from abuse, for example by limiting attempts per network.

Some steps use AI tools: reading your description to find subjects and stages, writing sample course content, removing photo backgrounds, and summarising calls for our team. We do not sell your data.

4Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the service on our behalf, and only what they need:

• Hostinger: the servers that host the site, the trial platforms and the data.
• Cloudflare: delivery and protection of the site, and AI models.
• OpenRouter: analysing your description.
• remove.bg and Google: image processing, and Google Drive when call recordings are stored there.
• Meta (Pixel, WhatsApp) and Microsoft (Clarity).
• Our e-mail provider, for internal notifications to our team.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it. These providers may process data outside Egypt.

5How long we keep it

• Trial platform: runs for the period we tell you (usually 24 hours, can be extended), then closes. It is deleted, with its accounts, photos and anything added to it, within about 7 days.
• Request and contact data (name, number, description, notes, calls): kept while we are in contact, and deleted when you ask.
• If you become a customer: contracts, invoices and correspondence are kept for the engagement and afterwards as long as law and accounting require.

6Your rights

You can ask at any time for:

• a copy of your data;
• a correction of anything wrong;
• deletion of your data and of your demo;
• us to stop messaging you, or to stop recording your calls.

Message us on WhatsApp (below); we answer within 30 days at most. This follows Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

7Security

The connection is encrypted (HTTPS), our internal panel is protected by passwords with per-member permissions, and keys and sensitive files are not public. No online system is 100% secure.

8Children

The service is for adult teachers and academy owners (18 or older). Do not put real students' data in a trial platform.

9Platforms we build for customers

When we deliver a platform to a teacher or academy, its owner is responsible for their students' and parents' data and for their own privacy policy. We run and host the platform on their behalf and handle that data as agreed with them.

10Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the last update. If a change is significant, we will tell you.
